You have a choice of either 8-course set dinner from 20th January till 15th February 2022 or unlimited Tuan Yuan Buffet on the 31st January.

Salmon Yee Sang

Starting off with the colourful Salmon Yee Sang, toss & shout your way to good luck, health, wealth and prosperity. As they say, the higher, the messier, the better.

Chef Special Combination

Chef’s Special is a combination of Japanese seaweed, raw salmon cube with sesame sauce, fragrant cheesy dragon ball, aromatic spices money bag & crab claw with mayo & ebiko.

Double Boiled Chicken Essence Soup with Fish Maw, Mushrooms & Chinese Herbs

The double boiled Chicken Essence Soup is a sign of vitality and vigour. The ingredients are said to enhance and strengthen the body.

Honey Roasted Chicken

The Chinese likes to ensure sweetness in their meals and this is a testament to it. The roasted chicken is perfect when drizzled with the special honey sauce.

Deep Fried Slipper Lobster with Thai Special Sauce

The next course is pretty unique where the slipper lobster is deep fried and served with Thai special sauce.

Braised Baby Abalone, Dried Scallop, Sea Cucumber with Green Vegetables

This dish needs no extra introduction as it is a staple of any 8 course set. The green broccoli is paired with braised baby abalone, dried scallops & sea cucumber.

Steamed Dragon Tiger Groups with Special Soya Garlic Oil

Fish is another must have during Chinese New Year as it represents abundance. The Dragon tiger grouper is steamed and garnished with greens, in a special soya garlic oil.

Fragrant Dried Scallop Fried Rice

For those who are still able to fit more into their stomach, the fragrant dried scallop fried rice will ensure they are properly filled up.

Sweetened Warm Red Bean Paste with Glutinous Balls

The last course is always sweet dessert and for this course, the chef had prepared glutinous balls stuffed with red bean paste. A perfect choice to end the course dinner.
