A decomposed human head was found in a drain this afternoon at Jalan Makloom. The police was called in and they sealed the area to secure and retrieve the head.
The head was with found to be fully decomposed and pretty much with the skull left. No other body parts were found.
A local nearby mentioned that the drain is usually a haunt for monitor lizards and it would be possible that remains of the head were eaten up.
Several police officers went on to seal off the area while waiting for the forensics team to arrive. A small crowd of onlookers were seen gathering around the area to catch a glimpse of the incident.
All members of the public are advised to refrain from gathering around this area for obvious reasons.
